Where is your store based and do you have any brick and mortar locations?

Our store is online based, in that, we do not currently sell our products from a physical store location. However our business’ headquarters is located in Ontario, Canada.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within Canada, and up to 3 weeks for international orders. We will notify you ASAP if there are any delays in shipping your order. 



How will my order be packaged?


All our accessories will either be affixed to an individual jewelry card and placed in a branded sleeve; or placed in a branded gift box. Our handbags are packaged in branded non-woven dust-bags.

If you have selected our gift wrapping service, your order will be wrapped in our branded tissue paper, packaged in our custom Wood+Water holographic box and then tied with our branded ribbon. 



What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).

All prices are listed and charged in US dollars

 

Will I be charged taxes?


Canadian customers will pay HST according to their provincial rate. American and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties charged by their countries.



If I don’t like my accessories can I return or exchange them?

All sales are final. We will only accept returns on items if they arrive damaged. Damaged items will only be accepted in unused condition, in their original packaging, postmarked within 7 days of receipt for store credit or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

Where do I send returns to?

To return items within Canada please send them to  Wood + Water Accessories, 133 Magpie Way, Whitby ON L1N 0K5 Canada.

To return items in the United States and for all other international returns, please send to Wood and Water Accessories, 1823 Maryland Avenue Unit 3260, Niagara Falls, New York 14305 United States.

Please use a padded box or mailer and opt for a tracked shipping option. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

What materials are your jewelry made of?


In general, Wood + Water jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver, copper, brass, stainless steel, plated 14k & 18k gold, rhodium, or silver. These metals are nickel-free and hypo-allergenic for most people. However, a few of our pieces may be made of other materials. Please see individual item descriptions for more detailed information on the makeup of each piece.

 

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking great, we recommend that you avoid wearing it in the shower, sleeping or exercising and to avoid contact with perfume, chemicals or lotions. You should clean your piece with a soft cloth, when necessary.
